Who is responsible

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address.
• Server timestamps for signup and later changes.
• The version of the consent copy you accepted.
• A validated campaign or source, when one is provided.
• Your subscriber status, including withdrawal or removal.

Why we use it

We use this information to send Bondling launch and early-access updates and to manage consent or removal requests. The legal basis is your explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Service providers and processing locations

Cloudflare is the named service provider and data processor that provides hosting, D1 storage, Turnstile, and aggregate web analytics. The relevant recipient category is hosting, security, storage, and analytics providers that support the waitlist. Processing may occur in places where Cloudflare operates.

Analytics boundary

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics in aggregate. We do not use an advertising tracker, and your email address is not included in analytics.

How long we keep waitlist data

We retain waitlist data until the earlier of 24 months after signup or six months after public launch. We remove it earlier when you withdraw your consent.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing.
