What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the Bondling pre-launch website and waitlist. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or join the waitlist.

The website is operated by Bondling Limited in Istanbul, Türkiye. The future Bondling app may have additional terms presented before you create an account or use it.

Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not join the waitlist for someone else or provide an email address you do not control.

The pre-launch service

This website introduces the Bondling concept and accepts voluntary waitlist registrations. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account, purchase, subscription, partnership, or other entitlement. It does not guarantee early access, a particular position, a launch date, or that every described idea will appear in the released app.

We may change, pause, or discontinue the website, waitlist, launch plan, or proposed features. If we make a material change that affects how we use waitlist information, we will provide the notice required by applicable law.

Waitlist and updates

When you join, you agree to receive Bondling launch and early-access updates at the address you provide. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how to request removal.

Relationship and wellbeing boundary

Bondling is not therapy, medical or mental-health care, relationship counselling, or an emergency service. Website material is general pre-launch information, not professional advice. Do not rely on it for urgent, medical, safety, legal, or crisis decisions. Contact a qualified professional or the appropriate local emergency service when needed.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the website or waitlist for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Submit addresses without permission or use automated signup tools.
• Bypass Turnstile, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, damage, or introduce malicious code into the service.
• Copy or use Bondling material in a way that infringes another person's rights.

We may restrict access or remove abusive waitlist entries when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its visitors, or legal rights.

Bondling materials

The website copy, original illustrations, visual design, and software are protected by intellectual-property rights. All rights remain with their respective owners. You may view these materials for personal, non-commercial use. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, sell, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or use Bondling brand identifiers or protected material.

Service providers and links

The website relies on service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, security, waitlist storage, and aggregate analytics. Third-party services and external links may have their own terms and privacy practices. The Privacy Policy describes Bondling's current data-processing boundary.

Availability and warranties

The pre-launch website is provided free of charge on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or the accuracy of future launch timing and proposed features. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Bondling is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, arise from misuse of the website, or result from services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable rights and disputes

The mandatory consumer and data-protection rights that apply where you live remain unaffected. Any dispute will be handled under applicable law and by a court or authority that has jurisdiction under that law. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply where legally possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website and app develop. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
